Rollstock Bagger: High speed and efficient bag filling

Our Rollstock Bagger fills plastic net bags from reels with agricultural, industrial, and bulk products at high speed. It’s the ideal solution for fast, low-cost, and efficient packing.

The machine uses a roll of plastic net packaging folded in half. It automatically creates a bag by burning off a piece of material in the desired dimensions and melting the sides back together. After that, the bag is positioned at the filling mouth, filled, and closed. Flue gas extraction is not included. 

The Rollstock Bagger can be used with several sizes: from 2.5 kg to 25 kg bags. When speed and low-cost packing are of importance, this machine offers a great solution: it can fill at least 1 000 bags per hour.

This machine guarantees years of reliable performance and can be combined with our Combination Scales and Ribbon Printer. Naturally, the Rollstock Bagger can be integrated with manufacturing execution software (MES).
